The Strategy Workshop
We strongly suggest that two of the scheduled planning team meetings are replaced by a one-day Strategy Workshop at which a number of additional managers join the planning team in a tightly structured discussion. The Argenti System includes very detailed suggestions for this exceptionally productive occasion right down to, for example, the timetable and the layout of the discussion rooms.
