How The Argenti System Works
When you purchase The Argenti System it is downloaded into your computer where you can print it out or transfer it to your colleagues' computers. All versions consist of three parts:
'The System' itself which takes the Planning Team (i.e., the chief executive and his closest colleagues) through the strategic planning process;
'The Guide' We strongly recommend that you select an experienced person, perhaps from outside your organization, to service your planning team. This detailed 'Planning Facilitators Guide' explains how this person should carry out this task.
'The Knowledge' in which extensive additional advice, based on our vast practical experience, is to be found.
The first Action, which can only be tackled by the chief executive, is to form a Planning Team and to select a Planning Facilitator. The System explains exactly who to select and why
